Feature Description Activation
Anonymous Call Rejection Prevent calls from going through from anyone that has blocked their name or number. Caller will automatically be sent to a recording informing them you do not receive blocked calls. Press *80 and wait for confirmation

To de-activate, press *81 and wait for confirmation.
Call Filter Automatically re-directs specified callers to a different phone number. For example, while on vacation, you can specify which incoming calls you want transferred to your cell phone. To activate, press *96 and follow the voice prompts.

To de-activate, press *97 and follow the voice prompts.
Call Forwarding Transfer incoming calls to any telephone number within the United States or Canada. Press *72 and follow the voice prompts.

To de-activate press *73 from the original phone.
Call Return Calls back the last number you received. Press *69
Call Transfer Transfer any incoming call to either another number or your Voicemail. Transfer incoming call from a:

Call Waiting You will hear a tone that indicates you have a second call coming in on your line. To answer the second call:
Press the redial button on your phone receiver. This puts the first caller on hold
• You are now connected to the second caller
• To return to the first, re-press the Redial button
Caller ID Caller ID allows you to see the phone number of the person that is calling you. Automatically programmed into your service.
Caller ID Blocking Blocks the person receiving your call from viewing your number in the Caller ID box. Press *67 + 11-digit phone number you wish to call. This is on a per call basis.
Do Not Disturb All calls are automatically sent to Voicemail without your phone ever ringing. Press *78 and wait for confirmation "Do Not Disturb has been activated".

To de-activate, press *79 and wait for confirmation "Do Not Disturb has been de-activated".
Extension Dialing Dial another Firstbridge VoIP customer with a custom 3,4,5-digit number. To activate this feature please contact our Customer Service at 1-603-447-8511.
Hunt Groups Create a path for forwarding unanswered calls to users you identify as members of your Hunt Group. To activate this feature please contact our Customer Service at 1-603-447-8511.
International Call Blocking Block all outgoing calls to international destinations. To activate this feature please contact our Customer Service at 1-603-447-8511.
Repeat Dial Redials the last number you called. ATA adapter:

Grandstream SIP Phone: Press #
Speed Dial Automatically pre-program up to 10 frequently called numbers into the system for easy dialing. To program, press *74 and follow the voice prompts. Speed Dial numbers are 0-9.

To de-program a number, press *75 and follow the voice prompts.

To Speed Dial press ** and the Speed Dial number.
Voicemail Notification via Email Receive notification of a Voicemail via your personal email. Attached will be a .wav file which will allow you to listen to the message on your computer. You may dial into the Voicemail system to retrieve your messages. Automatically programmed into your service with the Email address you provided at Sign-Up.
